One of my favorite stories of Bill is how he would pay his entry fee, sit in the parking lot during the launch of an evening/night tournament; boat on the trailer, then he'd leave, go get something to eat, come back and launch after dark, ...and still win the tournament.

Bill also fishes many of my Porko Tournaments on Lake Allatoona, that's where the fishing side Bill Payne really reveals itself. This man is in the money almost every time he signs up in one of these events, and he does it in dominating creels! I would strongly recommend Bill for any of your spotted bass adventures on Allatoona, Carters, Blue Ridge, Lanier or just about anywhere in north Georgia. Largemouth, smallmouth (drum! lol!), the Tennessee River lakes and the river itself, is another area that you get schooled by Mr. Bill. Give him a call and try to spend some time with a true gentleman and master bass angler (he's a monster on the electronics, so if you want to learn something about your expensive electronics on your boat, spend time with Bill!!).
